Whale cottage is a typical fisherman's seaside cottage in the quaint village of Whitehills on the Banffshire coast. Sitting almost on the seashore whales and dolphins can sometimes be spotted from the windows. The cottage dates back to the 1860s and retains much of its Victorian charm with the original Victorian fire place in the lounge.
Our holiday cottage can comfortably sleep 5 in 2 double and one single bedroom. An additional 2 people can be accommodated if the double sofa bed in the lounge is used. Our seaside cottage benefits from 2 sitting rooms, the "whale watching snug" looks directly out onto the ocean. Indeed there are sea views from most of the rooms. Our cottage also benefits from a downstairs bathroom and upstairs wash room. Our seaside cottage is traditionally furnished with many antiques including the Victorian dining table in the kitchen.
Our holiday cottage is available through out the year with lets being from Saturday to Saturday in the high season.
